Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Sheraa Bookstore is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition. Digital or downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed. Please contact us at support@sheraabook.com to initiate a return.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Sheraa Bookstore or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting reviews, comments, or community posts ("User Content"), you grant Sheraa Bookstore a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
